Gardening

We currently have groups working in our beautiful Railway Garden on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday mornings. The work is light and pleasant and is usually followed by a lovely morning tea. There will be regular information sessions on gardening practices such as pruning, composting, propagation and planting.

Join personal trainer Jen for small group training sessions for women of all ages and fitness levels. Have fun and make new friends as you build up your fitness and strength with other women in a peaceful and private environment. Participants work at their own pace and comfort level using dumbbells, body weight, thera-bands, skipping ropes and mats - with Jen providing support and encouragement along the way!

Teacher Lianne Metcalf has over 25 years of experience. Lianne is a qualified somatic therapist and yoga teacher and is currently doing her Masters in Creative Arts at Deakin University.
