    *Your booking includes your set-up and pack-up time.
    *Morning bookings must finish by 1:00 PM and afternoon bookings cannot start before 2:00 PM.

    Additional Information if required

    • There is a 3 hour minimum for weekend bookings.

    • Bookings can be made in the morning (finish by 1:00) or afternoon (start from 2:00)

    • For bookings of 6 hours or more, no restriction on start time as yours will be the only booking that day. An hourly rate still applies.

    • Please factor in time to set up and pack up into your booking time.

    • Bocce equipment is available for your use; please ask the caretaker if you wish to use it.

      • Conditions of Hire

      • Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Railway House reserves the right to cancel a booking where payment is not made by the due date.

      • A $60 cancellation fee will apply in the event of cancellation less than 2 weeks from your booking date.

      • Any damages to the House or equipment must be reported as soon as possible and any costs incurred will be charged to the hirer.

      • Please consider our neighbours and keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Amplified music is NOT to be played outside under any circumstances.

      • Accidents occurring as a result of our negligence are covered by Railway House's Public Liability Insurance. However, accidents that occur as a result of the hirer's negligence will not be covered by our insurance policy.
