We currently have groups working in our beautiful Railway Garden on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday mornings. The work is light and pleasant and is usually followed by a lovely morning tea. There will be regular information sessions on gardening practices such as pruning, composting, propagation and planting.

Join personal trainer Jen for small group training sessions for women of all ages and fitness levels. Have fun and make new friends as you build up your fitness and strength with other women in a peaceful and private environment. Participants work at their own pace and comfort level using dumbbells, body weight, thera-bands, skipping ropes and mats - with Jen providing support and encouragement along the way!

Accessible Yoga welcomes people who may find joining a regular yoga class difficult and can be a useful compliment to one’s ongoing medical care. This is a gentle Hatha Yoga class for people experiencing chronic pain, disability, anxiety and other health issues. You'll be in the gentle care of experienced instructor Simone Litchfield as you take part in this supportive, physical and mindful practice which can be done seated in a chair.

The children have lots of fun together as they engage in a variety of activities, from gardening to craft to reading and games. Then - sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Everyone receives a copy of the recipes to try at home!
