Women’s Exercise

Join personal trainer Jen for small group training sessions for women of all ages and fitness levels. Have fun and make new friends as you build up your fitness and strength with other women in a peaceful and private environment. This is a gentle Hatha Yoga class for people experiencing chronic pain, disability, anxiety and other health issues. Children Prep-Grade 3 can learn the skills of the game, increase their fitness and learn about team work under the guidance of accredited coach Shede Olukhale, former member of the Kenyan Football team. Children attending our soccer program will be introduced to the basics of soccer, with an emphasis on fun, teamwork, learning basic ball skills and team communication.
